We are looking for an experienced individual, to lead and grow our product. You will have the opportunity to define and design a product that is based on analyzing the entire consumer digital footprint, bringing forward ability to interact with data, but also providing insights, alerts and recommendations to change the way marketing teams are working - from monitoring platforms to prescriptive platforms
In this role you will -
- Orchestrate all product’s aspects in Konnecto - data methodology & sources, platform value, driving usage, PLG initiatives, and more.
- Define and drive product’s strategy and vision, owning the planning process and developing a relevant road map
- Lead a team of product managers, methodology experts, data analysts, and client-facing functions. Support, mentor and help grow them as individual professionals as part of a high-performing team
- Manage strategy and road map execution - distribute tasks, define KPIs, timelines, and measure performance
- Own both the internal product analysis and the ecosystem view - refine ICP, TAM, maintain competitive landscape, and establish strong feedback and communication channels with our existing customers
- Experience leading a company’s core product, from PMF to growth, including strategy, methodology and design
- Proven experience with large data sets, and methodologies to support, preferably in adjacent industries such as Media and Advertising, Market Research, Marketing; generating insights, solving problems, and defining methodologies
- A leader who is able to zoom in and out, will be required to be hands-on on the one hand, and strategic thinker on the other - experience in an early stage startup is an advantage!
