What You will do: We are looking for a strategic team leader to manage our insights team focused on strategic deliveries to our fortune 500 clients. As the analytic insights team lead, you will own the end-to-end management of the insights team. You will work closely with all areas of our fast-growing company, from client management to the product and development teams to produce innovative insights that will impact our client's strategies. You will act as the subject matter expert in front of the client and ensure a top-quality delivery of strategic reports for clients. Responsibilities: Lead a team of 2-3 data analysts to produce client-facing strategic outputs. This includes managing the existing team and building out the team for success in the future Own the projects from scoping to pre-client approval, creating top-notch reports that answer strategic business questions our clients face Project management of strategic tasks, including time management of the team, working methodology, quality assurance Work in a close loop with the product team, while instilling creative and forward-thinking analysis based on each client’s needs and expectations

  • Management experience leading a team of data analysts, in a client-facing environment (Must)
  • Storytelling skills, being able to take a story for raw data to analysis and creating that final client-facing output
  • Client-facing experience from a consulting or agency background
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Native English (Must)
  • Technical orientation
  • SQL experience (Plus)
  • Previous experience in digital marketing (Plus)
  • Management Consuting (Plus)
