Marketing Director
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Director to join our team and scale our growth who will be responsible for creating and executing a marketing infrastructure to support the ambitious commercial goals of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Build and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that supports the Commercial KPIs of the sales team from ideation to execution.
- Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Prepare, monitor, and maximize the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
- Analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess effectiveness
- Develop and ensure that all marketing materials are in line with our company identity
- Work in partnership with multiple functions within the organization including Sales and Product
- Partner with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the B2B SaaS field, preferred experience in B2B SaaS sector (even better if from the marketing sector)
- Demonstrable demand generation experience in a startup environment
- Experience with the full marketing mix of online advertising(Google Adwords)/content generation/social media management and demand generation tools
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Familiar with content management/CRM software/tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo
- Metrics-driven thinking with the ability to pivot strategy based on analyzing results
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Strong project management skills
You will be set up for success if you also have:
- Previous experience in Marketing Tech
- Experience marketing to the Automotive, FMCG, Financial Services, and Insurance industries
