What You'll Do You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our client relationships - maintaining and growing existing client accounts (NRR). You will act as the subject matter expert and a trusted advisor to our client by understanding their main business questions, and marketing strategy, and leading the internal delivery paths to best support their needs to drive ROI. You will be responsible for ensuring the clients are receiving and measuring the Konnecto value in order to ensure account growth. You will work closely with Product teams to produce revenue-driven tactical recommendations and strategic insight reports that will inform our client’s work. You will be one of the foundational members of the Client Engagement Team, allowing you to make a huge impact. Typical tasks of the position are: Building close relationships with the client teams Leading a client’s onboarding to Konnecto - working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover Leading client meetings (bi-weekly, monthly etc) Forecast and track key account metrics Manage post-meeting communication, follow-ups, and client deadlines Identifying opportunities for up/cross-sale within their teams; Walking clients through the ongoing tactical recommendations, ensuring implementation; Bring the client’s perspective and needs to the team to improve our level of service and client satisfaction.

Who You Are & What You Bring:

  • Native Level English - Must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Must
  • Excellent client facing experience with 2+ years in a client-facing role (B2B Role)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Organized and able to see a task from end to end
  • Passionate about client work
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced and flexible work environment
  • Ability to self-motivate
