Responsibilities:
2-3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a startup / high-growth tech company.
Sourcing experience for high-tech roles including technological roles
An open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker, creative with a “can-do” attitude
Superb written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
Great team player and self-starter who is highly motivated and collaborates well with stakeholders at all levels
Curiosity to learn what makes a candidate excited about their next move and the insight to know if Konnecto is right for someone
Responsibilities:
Ensure the best candidate experience that is consistent with our company culture.
Conduct the full life cycle of the hiring process: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Improve our recruiting process and tools to make them more efficient
Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns
Partner with hiring managers and leaders to strategically build talent pipeline and hiring processes using industry best practices
Evaluate and translate data to provide actual and predictive analysis of recruitment successes and challenges
Look for trends and share ideas with team members to help us create a learning environment where we all grow our recruiting skills
