We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst Team Lead to join the team in Tel Aviv.
This central function is responsible for leading the value creation for our Fortune 500 clients, starting from the initial dashboard setup, through the ongoing creation of weekly recommendations by analyzing consumer digital data to uncover behavioral patterns and translate these into client opportunities and threats.

Manage the data analysts team - on time and on quality deliverables Hands-on analyzing consumer digital data to uncover digital behavior patterns Initiate automation processes alongside the Product and R&D teams Conduct market research for client industries Build behavioral models based on market research Lead projects end-to-end including data analysis, product requirements, and delivery of weekly business recommendations to clients Scope special client projects from initial need, through methodology, analysis and delivery Work with multiple functions within the organization including Customer Success, Product, R&D, Sales to support product development and internal tools from the data perspective Build and maintain client dashboards. REQUIREMENTS
BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics or engineering SQL and NoSQL skills 3+ years in a similar role Expert in data analysis and visualization (Excel/Google data studio/Tableau/similar) Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver results of analyses clearly and effectively Ability to initiate and drive projects from beginning to end with minimal guidance Translate complex concepts into simple client-facing business recommendations Think outside the box, challenge current practices and bring ideas to the table. Analytical yet strategic thinker Attention to detail and highly organized Experience working with Marketing and Consumer Insights Executives across Fortune 500 companies Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Ability to learn technical concepts quickly Enthusiasm and a positive attitude Fluent English - written and spoken YOU WILL BE SET UP FOR SUCCESS WITH
Experience working within the FMCG, Financial Services, and Insurance industries, or in the D2C field Consulting background Digital marketing experience Python, R, or any other scripting language Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and to adapt to change easily Previous experience as a Solution Consultant/Solution Engineer Curiosity and a growth mindset
